Today I sit in gratitude as the Toronto THE BRAIN CLEANSE™ comes to a close. The feeling of gratitude once again embodies me. I feel so fortunate to share space with a group of beautiful women who arrived curious, eager and open. The journey has left me feeling deeper love for Siddhi's teachings, and full recognition for human willingness and the desire to transcend.
We had a look at our fears while we built trust within our own sangha. We worked towards fully shedding the heaviness that weighs us down and acknowledged the importance of taking control of our own thoughts and destructive patterns to create new ways of being fully alive and alert. With a clean diet and invigorating practices we embodied an indisputable mind to allow for healing in the fullest.
Together we acknowledged that we are boundless and fully capable of creating endless possibilities for ourselves. We would observe our fears as we faced them during each set, constantly feeling challenged by emotions and feelings.
With each day came new energy, and more dedication while letting go of old patterns, and breaking through barriers. Day after day we became more refreshed by eating clean and staying fully dedicated to all recommendations to better brain health.
Consciously reprogramming the mind and body as we used our fear as a form of acknowledgement; a statement of our ripeness to exceed all things which hold us back from fully living. We created powerful healing prana through Kriya and movement designed to stimulate and heal the brain, while bringing a spark to tired body and clarity to the foggy mind. Each set brought new emotions and new challenges that paralleled those we often encounter on the average day.
Each day the cleanse brought more awareness and we were able to attain a clear vision of our values and worth. We focused on building a solid foundation between effort and ease, to relinquish our troubled minds in trust that the universe holds us tightly no matter what. No matter who we are or where we are from, what experiences have shaped us, the great mother holds us. She reminds us to stop falling away from the true meaning of our life and in turn her energy inspires us to live fully, practice fully and arrive in total authenticity.
This Brain Cleanse once again reminded me that a healthy body, mind and spirit thriving together become boundless and limitless beyond anything we could possibly imagine.
Through this process we call the Brain Cleanse I am reminded, that we have the power to heal, to find what has been lost and release it, to increase our physical energy and cure inactivity and hopelessness. In turn finding clarity of mind, connecting deeper to God and being able to radiate like the bright stars we are.
I wish all the participants of the Toronto brain cleanse, the wisdom to create an ultimate environment for the brain, body and soul. I am honoured to pass on this life toolbox in hopes that it will be used to stay in control and in love of all aspects of self. The practice, and life itself, is all encompassing, one is the other, and when we embody it, we become whole.
